Weinviertel DAC

This wine really does express the very Austrian „Pfefferl“ character that marks out the grüner veltliner wines found in the Weinviertel. White pepper on the nose follows through to green apples with a touch of cinnamon and allspice on the palate. This is a rounded yet zesty wine with a good lick of acidity on the finish, which is perfect with charcuterie and goats cheese.
