Poysdorfer Saurüssel

A crunchy, uncomplicated, fresh wine with that typical white pepper and touch of spice hallmark of grüner veltliner, yet backed up with some more complex yellow stone fruit characters. Citrus elements, including lemongrass and pink grapefruit, give a tang to the palate that makes the first sip lead on to more. Match with Thai food as well as many oriental chicken and fish dishes.
